通过加速老化试验比较了3种常用磁性槽楔的耐老化性能，以弯曲强度降低至120 MPa时的试验时间为磁性槽楔的失效时间，结合利用阿伦尼乌斯加速老化模型与最小二乘拟合法对试验数据进行分析与统计。结果表明：利用该方法可以在短时间内对电机用磁性槽楔寿命进行科学、有效的评估。

The aging resistant of three kinds of magnetic slot wedges were compared by accelerated ag-ing experiment. Taking the test time when the tensile strength decrease to 120 MPa as failure time, the experimental data were statistical analyzed by combing Arrhenius accelerated aging model and least square fitting method. The results show that the method can evaluate the life of magnetic slot wedge ef-fectively in short time.
