以传统炮尾结构为基础,参考几种不同的圆角,寻求降低圆角应力的方法,结合台阶式炮尾结构,利用有限元分析软件和ISIGHT优化软件,运用二维模型代替三维模型的方法,节省时间,提高效率,对相关参数优化处理,在一定的条件下,降低圆角应力,解决圆角应力过大而使炮尾疲劳断裂的问题。
以傳統砲尾結構為基礎,參攷幾種不同的圓角,尋求降低圓角應力的方法,結閤檯階式砲尾結構,利用有限元分析軟件和ISIGHT優化軟件,運用二維模型代替三維模型的方法,節省時間,提高效率,對相關參數優化處理,在一定的條件下,降低圓角應力,解決圓角應力過大而使砲尾疲勞斷裂的問題。

Based on conventional breech structure, referencing several different fil ets, the way of decreasing the crankshaft fil ets stress is searched. Combined with the stepwise breech structures, using finite element analysis software and ISIGHT optimization software,it can save time and improve efficiency by using the method of taking twodimensional model instead of threedimensional model. Related parameters are optimized and crankshaft fil ets stress can be decreased under certain conditions. The problem of fatigue fracture of breech caused by large crankshaft fil ets stress can be solved.
