鉴于物理试验对造船门式起重机事故再现的难以实现、成本过大等各方面的因素,以某工厂300 t/43 m造船门式起重机为载体,基于虚拟试验,采用Pro/E和ADAMS联合建模法建立了造船门式起重机的虚拟样机模型,并根据不同的事故工况对部件施加相应的约束、载荷和驱动,进行了典型事故工况的动力学仿真,分析了事故过程中接触力、碰撞力、钢丝绳拉力的变化情况,为造船门式起重机的安全评估技术研究提供依据。

In view of various factors of the physical test for the accident reappearance of the shipbuilding gantry crane,such as difficult realization,too much cost and so on,this paper takes a 300t/43m shipbuilding gantry crane as the carrier and based on the virtual test, uses Pro/E and ADAMS together to establish the virtual prototype model of the shipbuilding gantry crane. According to the different accident conditions,corresponding constraints,loads and drives are added on the components. The dynamic simulations of typical accident conditions are carried out. The changes of the contact force,col ision force,steel wire rope tension are analyzed in the process of the accident.The basis is provided for the safety evaluation technology research of the shipbuilding gantry crane.
