大型空心锻件的锻造过程主要分为镦拔、冲孔和芯轴拔长三个工序,其中芯轴拔长为主要的成形工序。以DEFORM-3D为分析软件建立芯轴拔长的数值模型,对空心锻件的芯轴拔长过程进行数值模拟分析,并分别从金属塑性变形的流动规律、内孔畸变率以及锻件内部的应力场、应变场等方面研究不同锻造工艺参数对内在影响规律。获得合理工艺参数组合,以指导实际的生产过程。
大型空心鍛件的鍛造過程主要分為鐓拔、遲孔和芯軸拔長三箇工序,其中芯軸拔長為主要的成形工序。以DEFORM-3D為分析軟件建立芯軸拔長的數值模型,對空心鍛件的芯軸拔長過程進行數值模擬分析,併分彆從金屬塑性變形的流動規律、內孔畸變率以及鍛件內部的應力場、應變場等方麵研究不同鍛造工藝參數對內在影響規律。穫得閤理工藝參數組閤,以指導實際的生產過程。

The forging process of heavy hol ow forging mainly includes upsetting and stretching,punching and mandrel drawing and the main forming process is the mandrel drawing. The numerical model of mandrel drawing is built base on DEFORM3D and its forging process is simulated. From the aspects of flow law in metal plastic deformation,distortion ratio of inner hole and the stress field,strain field of metal,the influence of the different process parameters on the forging quality is reseached on. The actual production process is improved with the reasonable process parameters.
