大惯动惯量部件在高速旋转时易发生变形,引起共振破坏,应对其进行校核计算。基于ANSYS对GM-500型车辆牵引台直径达1000 mm滚筒进行旋转载荷及模态分析,得到滚筒转速为500 r/min的变形量、应力以及前6阶固有频率,最低固有频率对应的临界转速为966 r/min,较额定工作转速高。结果表明,该滚筒具有良好的强度和刚度,满足设计要求。

the parts with large inertia are easy to be damaged and distorted,so it is necessary to check their working situation. The static and modal analysis of coal mineral elevator rol er is presented based on ANSYS. Displacement,stress and natural frequencies of six prestages are obtained from the analysis when the speed is 500 r/min.The critical speed of the high frequency is 966r/min.The result shows that the rol er has enough strength and stiffness,the parts meet their design requirement.
