针对大港油藏条件,研究得到兼具良好发泡性能和界面张力性能的低界面张力泡沫驱油体系。合成了系列烷基酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱,通过油水界面张力和泡沫性能测试,筛选出十四烷基酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱作为低界面张力泡沫驱油体系的主剂,通过与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配得到低界面张力泡沫驱油体系。对于大港原油和地层水,油水界面张力值可达到10-2 mN/m水平,发泡量可达到溶液体积的5倍,能满足低界面张力泡沫驱油体系对界面张力和发泡量的要求。以大港原油配制模拟油,驱油实验结果表明,低界面张力泡沫驱油体系的驱油效率可达到12.6%,明显好于单纯的低界面张力驱油体系以及单纯的泡沫驱油体系的驱油效率。

In view of the reservoir conditions of Dagang Oilifeld, a low-interface-tension foam lfooding system with favorable foaming and interface tension properties was obtained. A series of alkyl acylamide hydroxypropyl sulfobetaines were synthesized and the tetradecyl acylamide hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine was screened as primary agent by measuring the interfacial tension and foam proper-ties. The low interfacial tension foam lfooding system was prepared by the combination of tetradecyl acylamide hydroxypropyl sulfobe-taine and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS). For crude oil and formation water from Dagang Oilifeld, the oil-water interfacial tension could be reduced to 10-2 mN/m and the initial foam volume could be 5 times of the initial solution volume, which could meet the requirement of low interfacial tension foam lfooding system for interfacial tension and foaming volume. Using the crude oil from Dagang Oilifeld as the simulating oil, the results of oil lfooding test showed that oil displacement efifciency of low interfacial tension foam lfooding system was 12.6%which was signiifcantly higher than those of low-interfacial tension lfooding system and foam lfooding system.
