泾河油田储层埋藏浅,储隔层应力差小,给压裂改造带来较大难度,前期采用水平井裸眼管外封隔器压裂工艺,取得了一定的改造成效,但该工艺为预置管柱完井,具有不适应后期改造的缺陷。为解决这一问题,将完井方式变更为套管固井。针对泾河油田储层压裂改造难点,对施工管柱、井口、入井压裂材料、裂缝参数及施工参数等进行了一系列优化,并在JH32P1井进行了速钻桥塞多级分段压裂工艺试验。JH32P1井现场历时4 d完成施工,压后钻塞顺利。该井试油期间日产原油14.2 t,与邻井相近储层条件采用裸眼封隔器压裂工艺相比,取得显著的增产效果。该工艺在泾河油田的成功应用,为速钻桥塞分段压裂工艺在泾河油田的推广积累了经验。

The reservoirs of Jinghe Oilifeld have shallow burial depth and low stress difference between the reservoir and isolat-ing layer, which pose great dififculty in fracturing. Previously external packer fracturing technology in horizontal openhole was used and was effective to some extent;but this technology is preset string completion and not suitable for later stimulation. So in order to solve this problem, the completion method is changed to casing cementing. In view of the dififculty in fracturing the Jinghe Oilifeld, we optimized the operation string, wellhead, downhole fracturing materials, fracture parameters and construction parameters, etc. and also conducted tests on stage fracturing by fast drilling bridge plugs in JH32P1 Well. This well was fractured with 4 days, and plug drilling was successful after fracturing. During oil test, this well produced 14.2 t/d oil;compared with offset wells of similar reservoir conditions but fractured with openhole packers, this production was increased . The signiifcantly successful application of this technology in Jinghe Oilifeld provides experiences for promotion of the stage fracturing technology by fast drilling bridge plugs in Jinghe Oilifeld.
