为了减少震动和噪声,设计了一种新型减速带装置。当车辆高速驶过减速带装置时,减速带面板瞬间不会下降,保持其应有的作用;而当车辆以低速驶过时,减速带面板在一对扇形齿轮的作用下缓慢下降,直至与地面平行,将车辆冲过减速带时的刚性冲击转变成柔性冲击,从而增强车辆通过的平稳性,减少震动和噪声;车辆通过后,复位弹簧作用使减速带复原;装置还实现了将车辆冲击减速带产生的能量转化成电能,存储利用。
為瞭減少震動和譟聲,設計瞭一種新型減速帶裝置。噹車輛高速駛過減速帶裝置時,減速帶麵闆瞬間不會下降,保持其應有的作用;而噹車輛以低速駛過時,減速帶麵闆在一對扇形齒輪的作用下緩慢下降,直至與地麵平行,將車輛遲過減速帶時的剛性遲擊轉變成柔性遲擊,從而增彊車輛通過的平穩性,減少震動和譟聲;車輛通過後,複位彈簧作用使減速帶複原;裝置還實現瞭將車輛遲擊減速帶產生的能量轉化成電能,存儲利用。

The vibration and noise are caused by the unreasonable design of current speed control hump devices. This paper designs a new speed control hump device. When a car drives through the speed control hump with high speed,its top does not decline in a short time, so its function is etil kept;however,when a car drives through it with low speed,its top declines slowly til it is in paral el with the ground,and the rigid impact is turned into the flexible impact, so the stability of the car driving can be enhanced. After the car driving through. the top of speed control hump rises to the reinstatement with the effect of the reset spring. In this process, the energy produced by the impact of the car and speed control hump is transfered into electric energy,which is stored to the battery.
