目的：观察蒙古族乌亚疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法：将60名桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例.治疗组用蒙古族乌亚疗法治疗，对照组用蒙医传统整骨疗法治疗，疗程21天，观察两组的疗效.结果：两组疗效无显著差异（P＞0.05）.结论：蒙古族乌亚疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效显著，是一种有效的治疗手段.
목적：관찰몽고족오아요법치료뇨골원단골절적림상료효.방법：장60명뇨골원단골절환자수궤분위치료조、대조조각30례.치료조용몽고족오아요법치료，대조조용몽의전통정골요법치료，료정21천，관찰량조적료효.결과：량조료효무현저차이（P＞0.05）.결론：몽고족오아요법치료뇨골원단골절림상료효현저，시일충유효적치료수단.
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian Wuya therapy in the treatment of distal radial fractures. Methods:60 cases of distal radial fractures were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and con-trol group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Wuya therapy, the control group was treated with traditional Mongolian medicine osteopathy, the treatment couses both were 21d. The efficacies of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The efficacies of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Mon-golian Wuya therapy has a significant effect on distal radial fractures, and can be used as an effective treatment method.
