本研究以赛特、德宝、三得利、新疆大叶苜蓿、WL323ML、WL515HQ 6个紫花苜蓿品种为研究对象,在种子萌发期进行混合盐碱胁迫处理,检测发芽指标,分析不同紫花苜蓿品种耐盐碱能力.结果表明:在75mmol/L和100mmol/L混合盐碱胁迫下,6个紫花苜蓿品种的发芽率、发芽势、胚芽长度、发芽指数和活力指数均较对照降低,且100mmol/L浓度盐碱处理低于75mmol/L的浓度处理,不同紫花苜蓿品种的胚根生长规律差异明显.采用隶属函数综合分析6个紫花苜蓿品种的抗盐碱能力为:德宝>新疆大叶苜蓿>赛特>WL323ML>三得利>WL525HQ.

Acomprehensive evaluation of salt tolrance and the physiological response of 6 alfalfa from Saite, Debao, Sandeli, Xinjinagdaye,WL323ML and WL515HQ was studied under different Saline-alkali Stress concentrations in the green house at the seedling stage. And through the Detection of germination index, analysis of different alfalfa varieties salt-tolerance.The results of show that the tendency in 75 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L mixed under salinity stress, six al-falfa varieties of germination rate, germination potential, germ length, germination index and vigor index were lower than control, and the tendency for 100 mmol/L concentration saline treatment below the concentration of the tendency for 75 mmol/L, The obviously of the radicle growth regularity of different alfalfa varieties difference.The studies use of subordinate function analysis, draw Debao and Xinjiangdaye salt tolerance ability is very strong, Saite and WL323ML second, Sandeli and WL525HQ weak salt resistance.
