使用硫脲或硫化钠为硫源,在少量聚乙二醇分散剂存在下,分别利用一步和两步溶剂热合成方法制备了CdS-TiO2复合材料,对不同条件下制备的样品进行了X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)测试,并以甲基橙溶液的降解为模型反应,考察了在太阳光照射下CdS-TiO2复合材料的光催化性能。实验结果表明,酸性条件下,以Na2S为硫源、采用一步溶剂热法制得的S1复合样品具有最佳的催化降解甲基橙的能力。

Under one-step and two-step solvothermal synthesis condition, CdS-TiO2 composite materials were prepared using thiourea or sodium sulfide as sulfur source in the presence of a small amount of polyethylene glycol dispersant in this article. The samples were charaeterized by XRD and TEM technologies, and the photocatalytic property of CdS-TiO2 composite materials was studied under the irradiation of sunlight by adoptting the degradation of methyl orange as the model reaction. The experimental results showed that composite sample S1 obtained using the one-step solvothermal method and Na2S as sulfur source exhibites the best degradation effect to acidic methyl orange solution under sunlight.
