压裂液与储层的配伍性是影响水力压裂效果的关键因素之一。为了研究适合焦坪矿区侏罗纪煤层地面煤层气井使用的压裂液配方,通过分析储层特征,提出了相适应的压裂液配方,并借助室内模拟实验对压裂液配方进行优选评价。结果表明:活性水压裂液配方中防膨剂优选1.0%氯化钾防膨效果较好;活性水压裂液配方中助排剂优选0.05%氟炭离子表面活性剂或注入乙醇段塞,再注压裂液这两种助排剂效果较好;对于生物酶破胶压裂液配方建议进一步进行现场试验。
壓裂液與儲層的配伍性是影響水力壓裂效果的關鍵因素之一。為瞭研究適閤焦坪礦區侏囉紀煤層地麵煤層氣井使用的壓裂液配方,通過分析儲層特徵,提齣瞭相適應的壓裂液配方,併藉助室內模擬實驗對壓裂液配方進行優選評價。結果錶明:活性水壓裂液配方中防膨劑優選1.0%氯化鉀防膨效果較好;活性水壓裂液配方中助排劑優選0.05%氟炭離子錶麵活性劑或註入乙醇段塞,再註壓裂液這兩種助排劑效果較好;對于生物酶破膠壓裂液配方建議進一步進行現場試驗。

The compatibility of fracturing fluid and reservoir is one of the key factors influencing the effects of hydraulic fracturing. In order to study the suitable fracturing fluid formulations of coalbed methane wells of Juras-sic coal in Jiaoping block, through analysis of the characteristics of Jurassic coal reservoir, fracturing fluid formu-lations are proposed, and optimal evaluation of the fracturing fluid formulations is conducted through indoor simu-lation. The evaluation results show that anti-swelling agent of active water fracturing fluid formulation with 1%potassium chloride is better;injection of cleaning up agent of active water fracturing fluid formulations with 0.05%fluorine carbon ion surface active agent or ethanol slug, then injection of fracturing fluid have good effect;the en-zyme fracturing fluid formulation is recommended for further field test. The results have great realistic significance for hydraulic fracturing of coalbed methane wells of Jurassic coal in Jiaoping block.
