在一维仿真优化的基础上,基于三维仿真工具对一种配备可变滚流装置的发动机进行分析,研究了气门升程对缸内气体流动的影响,详细介绍了发动机部分负荷下,在可变滚流作用下缸内流动的变化趋势。通过应用三维仿真工具弥补一维仿真工具在发动机凸轮型线设计阶段的不足,从而优化设计。

The engine that was equipped with the variable tumble flow device was analyzed with 3D simulation tool based on the 1D simulation results .Then the influence of valve lift on in-cylinder gas flow was researched and the trends of in-cylinder flow acted by the variable tumble flow were introduced in detail at partial load of the engine .The application of 3D simulation tool compensated the deficiency of 1D design tool for cam profile and hence optimized the design .
