试验选用6只体重28 kg左右安装永久瘤胃瘘管的甘肃高山细毛羯羊,采用3×3无重复拉丁方设计,通过消化代谢试验,对向日葵秆和向日葵盘对绵羊的营养价值进行了评定。结果表明:向日葵秆和向日葵盘风干样品中干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、钙、磷分别为90.73%,5.72%,0.89%,30.15%,53.09%,39.40%,11.61%,0.84%,0.13%和89.63%,11.84%,2.13%,12.48%,23.51%,15.41%,14.04%,0.97%,0.29%;向日葵秆和向日葵盘对绵羊干物质消化率、氮消化率、氮存留率、有机物消化率、中性洗涤纤维消化率、酸性洗涤纤维消化率、钙消化率、磷消化率及消化能分别为61.61%,65.37%,34.72%,65.19%,48.18%,44.89%,29.10%,26.07%,8.75 MJ/kg和70.96%,69.57%,41.60%,76.26%,60.87%,58.60%,37.98%,44.75%,9.97 MJ/kg。饲粮中添加向日葵秆对绵羊瘤胃液中乙酸摩尔比及氨氮含量产生了显著的影响(P<0.05),对瘤胃液 pH、总挥发性脂肪酸、丙酸摩尔比、丁酸摩尔比、其他酸摩尔比及瘤胃液中总氮、尿素氮、蛋白氮浓度均无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮中添加向日葵盘对绵羊瘤胃液乙酸摩尔比、丙酸摩尔比和乙酸/丙酸产生了显著的影响(P<0.05),对 pH、总挥发性脂肪酸、丁酸摩尔比、其他酸摩尔比和瘤胃液含氮量无显著影响(P>0.05)。

시험선용6지체중28 kg좌우안장영구류위루관적감숙고산세모갈양,채용3×3무중복랍정방설계,통과소화대사시험,대향일규간화향일규반대면양적영양개치진행료평정。결과표명:향일규간화향일규반풍간양품중간물질、조단백질、조지방、조섬유、중성세조섬유、산성세조섬유、조회분、개、린분별위90.73%,5.72%,0.89%,30.15%,53.09%,39.40%,11.61%,0.84%,0.13%화89.63%,11.84%,2.13%,12.48%,23.51%,15.41%,14.04%,0.97%,0.29%;향일규간화향일규반대면양간물질소화솔、담소화솔、담존류솔、유궤물소화솔、중성세조섬유소화솔、산성세조섬유소화솔、개소화솔、린소화솔급소화능분별위61.61%,65.37%,34.72%,65.19%,48.18%,44.89%,29.10%,26.07%,8.75 MJ/kg화70.96%,69.57%,41.60%,76.26%,60.87%,58.60%,37.98%,44.75%,9.97 MJ/kg。사량중첨가향일규간대면양류위액중을산마이비급안담함양산생료현저적영향(P<0.05),대류위액 pH、총휘발성지방산、병산마이비、정산마이비、기타산마이비급류위액중총담、뇨소담、단백담농도균무현저영향(P>0.05);사량중첨가향일규반대면양류위액을산마이비、병산마이비화을산/병산산생료현저적영향(P<0.05),대 pH、총휘발성지방산、정산마이비、기타산마이비화류위액함담량무현저영향(P>0.05)。
Six Gansu alpine sheep with 28 kg in average weight and fitted with permanent rumen fistula were chosen to investigate the nutritional evaluation of sunflower straw and plate on sheep in a 3×3 Latin square de-sign.1)On an air dry basis,dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber,calcium,phosphorus were 90.73%,5.72%,0.89%,30.15%,53.09%,39.40%, 11.61%,0.84%,0.13% respectively in sunflower straw and 89.63%,11.84%,2.13%,12.48%,23.51%, 15.41%,14.04%,0.97%,0.29% in sunflower plate.2)The digestibility of dry matter ,nitrogen,organic matter,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,calcium,phosphorus were 61.61%,65.37%,65.19%, 48.18%,44.89%,29.10%,26.07% respectively in sunflower straw and 70.96%,69.57%,76.26%, 60.87%,58.60%,37.98%,44.75% in sunflower plate.The nitrogen retention rate and digestive energy were 34.72%,8.75 MJ/kg respectively in the straw and 41.40%,9.97 MJ/kg in the plate.3)When feeding sun-flower straw to sheep,there were significant (P<0.05)differences in molar ratios of acetic acid and ammoni-um nitrogen in rumen fluid.There were no differences in pH,total volatile fatty acids,molar ratio of propio-nate acid,butyrate,other acids and total nitrogen,urea nitrogen,protein nitrogen in rumen fluid (P>0.05). When feeding sunflower plate to sheep,there were significant (P<0.05)differences in molar ratios of acetic acid,propionate acid,and the ratios of acetic acid to propionate in rumen fluid.There were no differences in pH,total volatile fatty acids,in molar ratios of butyrate,other acids and nitrogen in rumen fluid.
