以小麦为受体,采用生物测定法研究不同浓度的问荆根茎水浸液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,从而探讨问荆对小麦的化感效应,为小麦的合理生产提供理论依据。结果表明:5和30 mg/mL问荆水浸液对龙麦26(LM26)、垦九10(KJ10)、龙麦33(LM33)、龙辐18(LF18)、格来尼(GLN)的萌发率无显著影响,而70和100 mg/mL处理后5个品种的种子萌发率都显著降低(P<0.05);100 mg/mL处理后 LM26、LF18的苗高降低,其他浓度处理后各品种小麦的苗高都增加。各浓度处理后,不同品种小麦幼苗的干物质量都减少,过氧化物酶(POD)活性都升高;各浓度处理后 LM26、KJ10、LM33、GLN 4个品种小麦幼苗的可溶性糖(WSS)含量都显著降低(P<0.05);70 mg/mL处理后格来尼、100 mg/mL处理后LF18幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量都显著增加(P<0.05);随浓度的增加,LM26,LF18,GLN幼苗的过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)显著升高。

The effect of Equisetumarvense root extract at different concentrations on seed germination and seed-ling growth of wheat was bioassayed to study the allelopathic dynamics of E.arvense to wheat and to provide a theoretical basis for wheat production.There were no significant effects on seed germination rates of 5 cultivars of wheat [Longmai 26 (LM26),Kenjiu10 (KJ10),Longmai 33 (LM33),Longfu18 (LF18)and Gelaini (GLN)]with aqueous extract (5 and 30 mg/mL)of E.arvense,but there were significant (P<0.05)reduc-tions in seed germination rates of the 5 species of wheat with aqueous extracts of 70 and 100 mg/mL.The seed-ling heights of LM26 and LF18 decreased with 100 mg/mL treatment and seedling height of all species of wheat increased with other treatments.The dry matter weight of seedlings of the five species decreased and the perox-idase (POD)activity in wheat seedlings increased with the treatments.The water-soluble sugar (WSS)content was significantly (P<0.05)reduced in wheat seedlings of LM26,KJ10,LM33 and GLN.The malondialde-hyde (MDA)content significantly (P<0.05)increased in wheat seedlings of GLN with the 70 mg/mL treat-ment and in LF18 with the 100 mg/mL treatment (P<0.05).The catalase (CAT)activity significantly (P<0.05)increased in wheat seedlings LM26,LF18,GLN with the treatment concentration increasing.
