互助养老理念就是通过服务互助模式增进养老照顾服务供给，解决老龄化时代老人养老服务人员供给短缺等问题，它可以广泛应用于家庭养老与机构养老。在当前中国“未富先老”的老年化背景下，互助养老具有很大的发展空间。本文结合中外互助养老的实践经验，探讨互助养老理念的理论基础、实践模式及其进一步发展的对策。
互助養老理唸就是通過服務互助模式增進養老照顧服務供給，解決老齡化時代老人養老服務人員供給短缺等問題，它可以廣汎應用于傢庭養老與機構養老。在噹前中國“未富先老”的老年化揹景下，互助養老具有很大的髮展空間。本文結閤中外互助養老的實踐經驗，探討互助養老理唸的理論基礎、實踐模式及其進一步髮展的對策。

Interactive old-people-care idea is to improve the supply to old-people-care service by interactively helping service to solve the problems in the shortage of serving personnel for old-people-care at aging era and so on and can be widely used in family old-people-care and agent old-people-care. Under the aging background of current Chinese “aging ahead of richness”, the inter-active old-people-care model has big development space. This paper discusses the countermeasures for the theoretical basis, prac-tical model and further development for the interactive old-people-care idea based on the practical experience for interactive old-people-care at home and abroad.
