针对目前采用的大直径直缝埋弧焊管焊缝离线预热工艺存在的问题,探讨了在现有JCOE机组上,根据焊管管径大小,采用中频感应预热设备对焊缝的预热提出2种工艺方案。新的工艺方案特点是焊缝预热和焊接在线同步进行,达到了降低能耗,保持预热温度均匀性,提高焊接设备利用率的应用效果。

In this article, it introduced the existed problems in online weld preheating process of large diameter longitudinal welded pipe, and discussed 2 process programs for weld preheating by adopting medium-frequency induction preheating equipment based on the existing JCOE unit, according to welded pipe diameter size. The characteristic of the above process programs is weld preheating and welding simultaneously perform online, it can reduce energy consumption, maintain preheated temperature uniformity, and improve welding equipment utilization rate.
