概述了舱式干法、局部干法和湿法等水下焊接方法的国内外研究现状,重点介绍了湿法水下焊接方法的焊接原理以及水下焊条和药芯焊丝的研究和开发,并对水下焊接的存在的焊缝金属中合金元素损失、扩散氢含量较高、焊接冷却速度过快、可见度差以及电弧压力过大等问题进行了分析,同时对水下焊接技术的发展趋势进行了探讨。最后指出进行系统化水下焊接基础理论研究是实现水下焊接技术进步的有效途径。
概述瞭艙式榦法、跼部榦法和濕法等水下銲接方法的國內外研究現狀,重點介紹瞭濕法水下銲接方法的銲接原理以及水下銲條和藥芯銲絲的研究和開髮,併對水下銲接的存在的銲縫金屬中閤金元素損失、擴散氫含量較高、銲接冷卻速度過快、可見度差以及電弧壓力過大等問題進行瞭分析,同時對水下銲接技術的髮展趨勢進行瞭探討。最後指齣進行繫統化水下銲接基礎理論研究是實現水下銲接技術進步的有效途徑。

In this article,it summarized the research status of underwater welding methods at home and abroad,such as chamber type dry,local dry and wet method,mainly introduced the welding principle of wet welding method as well as the development underwater welding electrode and flux cored wire. It also analyzed some problems for underwater welding ,such as alloy element loss in weld metal,high content diffusion hydrogen,too fast welding cooling rate,poor visibility,and high arc pressure and so on,as well as discussed the development trend of underwater welding technology. Finally,it pointed out that systematically research on basic welding theory is an effective way to realize underwater welding technology progress.
