目的:探讨MMPs、黏附因子及肿瘤标志物检测对非小细胞性肺癌的诊断意义。方法对非小细胞肺癌患者64例(A组)及同期行健康体检的健康人40例(B组),分别检测ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平,并作比较分析。结果 A组不伴转移患者ICAM-1、VCAM-1较B组均显著升高(P<0.05);CEA、CYFRA21-1较B组均显著升高(P<0.05)。A组伴转移患者ICAM-1、VCAM-1、 CEA较B组及A组不伴转移患者均显著升高(P<0.05);CYFRA21-1较B组显著升高(P<0.05)。A组不伴转移患者MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1较B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组伴转移患者MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1较B组及A组不伴转移患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-3及MMP-9与ICAM-1、VCAM-1、CEA及CYFRA21-1呈显著正相关(P<0.05),TIMP与CEA呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与ICAM-1、VCAM-1及CYFRA21-1无明显相关性。结论肺癌患者随病情进展出现血清黏附因子与基质金属蛋白酶水平紊乱,对于判断肺癌病情进展具有重要意义。

목적:탐토MMPs、점부인자급종류표지물검측대비소세포성폐암적진단의의。방법대비소세포폐암환자64례(A조)급동기행건강체검적건강인40례(B조),분별검측ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1、CEA、CYFRA21-1수평,병작비교분석。결과 A조불반전이환자ICAM-1、VCAM-1교B조균현저승고(P<0.05);CEA、CYFRA21-1교B조균현저승고(P<0.05)。A조반전이환자ICAM-1、VCAM-1、 CEA교B조급A조불반전이환자균현저승고(P<0.05);CYFRA21-1교B조현저승고(P<0.05)。A조불반전이환자MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1교B조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。A조반전이환자MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1교B조급A조불반전이환자차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。MMP-3급MMP-9여ICAM-1、VCAM-1、CEA급CYFRA21-1정현저정상관(P<0.05),TIMP여CEA정현저부상관(P<0.05),여ICAM-1、VCAM-1급CYFRA21-1무명현상관성。결론폐암환자수병정진전출현혈청점부인자여기질금속단백매수평문란,대우판단폐암병정진전구유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the MMP,adhesion factors and tumor markers for non-small cell lung cancer and correlation analysis. Methods 64 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(A group)and 40 cases of healthy subjects as control group(B)respectively,the ICAM-1,VCAM-1,MMP-3,MMP- 9,TIMP-1,CEA,CYFRA21-1 levels were detected. Results ICAM-1,VCAM-1,CEA have significantly increased in A group with metastasis than group B patients with metastasis(P<0.05),CYFRA21-1 were significantly higher than in group B(P<0.05). MMP-3,MMP-9,TIMP-1 in A group with no metastasis were significantly different to that in group B(P<0.05). MMP-3,MMP-9,TIMP-1 in A group patients with metastasis showed no significant difference compared with those group B and group A with no metastasis(P<0.05). MMP-3 and MMP-9 and ICAM-1,VCAM-1,CEA and CYFRA21-1 showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.05),TIMP with CEA showed a significant negative correlation(P<0.05),ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and CYFRA21-1 showed no significant correlation (P>0.05). Conclusion Lung cancer patients with disease progression showed adhesion molecules in serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase disorders,which is important for predicting lung disease progression.
