为了满足发电企业对设备检修人员的培训需求,针对当前台州发电厂循环水泵检修人员培训过程中所面临的实际问题,研究并开发了基于虚拟现实技术的发电厂循环水泵检修系统。分析循环水泵虚拟检修系统的功能特点,完成系统总体框架设计,明确了系统软/硬件组成,研究了虚拟检修系统所需的关键技术,并在此基础上完成了循环水泵虚拟检修系统的研制。该成果已获得成功应用。
為瞭滿足髮電企業對設備檢脩人員的培訓需求,針對噹前檯州髮電廠循環水泵檢脩人員培訓過程中所麵臨的實際問題,研究併開髮瞭基于虛擬現實技術的髮電廠循環水泵檢脩繫統。分析循環水泵虛擬檢脩繫統的功能特點,完成繫統總體框架設計,明確瞭繫統軟/硬件組成,研究瞭虛擬檢脩繫統所需的關鍵技術,併在此基礎上完成瞭循環水泵虛擬檢脩繫統的研製。該成果已穫得成功應用。

In order to meet the requirements of power generation enterprises on equipment maintenance per-sonnel training and aiming at the current practical problems during circulating water pump maintenance and personnel training in Taizhou Power Plant, a maintenance system for circulating water pump based on virtual reality technology is studied and developed. This paper analyzes function features of virtual maintenance sys-tem for circulating water pump, completes overall framework design of the system, determines the hardware and software composition of the system and investigates key technologies for virtual maintenance system, on the basis of which the development of virtual maintenance system for circulating water pump is completed. The achievement has been successfully applied in practice use.
