目的:探讨团队心理游戏对精神分裂症患者康复的临床疗效。方法将120例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,两组均维持抗精神病药治疗和常规护理、工娱治疗,研究组合并每周3次的团队心理治疗游戏,治疗8周。于治疗前后采用日常生活能力量表及生活满意度量表评定临床效果。结果研究组治疗后日常生活能力量表评分较治疗前显著下降,生活满意度量表评分则显著升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后均无显著变化。两组治疗前日常生活能力量表及生活满意度量表评分均无显著性差异,治疗后均有显著性差异。结论团队心理游戏能显著提高精神分裂症患者康复的临床疗效,改善生活质量,促进患者的全面康复。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of group psychological games in schizophrenia patients at recovery stage. Methods 120 schizophrenia patients at recovery stage were randomly assigned to study group and control group, and received drug treatment and routing nursing. The treatment of patients in study group combined three times-weekly group psychological games for eight weeks. Used the ADL(activity of daily living scale)and SWLS(Life Satisfaction Scales)to assess the clinic effect before and after the treatment. Results The ADL scores of the study group after treatment showed a significant reduction, the SWLS scores showed a significant rise(P<0.05);the scores of the control group showed no significant change. Conclusion The group psychological games can significantly improve the clinical effect of schizophrenia patients at recovery stage, and improve the quality of life.
