以月桂酸、豆蔻酸二元低共熔物为相变材料,蒙脱土为封装载体,采用熔融插层法制备了复合相变贮能材料,其中低共熔物的质量分数为70%。采用 X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对复合相变贮能材料的结构、性能进行了表征。结果表明,二元低共熔物被有效地封装在蒙脱土层间,复合材料的相变温度为34.4℃,相变焓为119.85 J/ g。相变动力学研究表明,复合材料的相变反应级数为1.3,活化能为258.55 kJ/ mol。

A novel phase change material(PCM)for thermal energy storage was produced by melt interca-lation,with a eutectic mixture of lauric acid and myristic acid as PCM and organically modified montmoril-lonite(Org-MMT)as a packaging carrier. The maximum eutectic mixture absorption of MMT was found to be 70% without melted PCM seepage from the composite. The structure,thermal properties of the compos-ite PCM were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transformation infrared(FTIR)and Dif-ferential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis. The results showed that the eutectic mixture was success-fully packaged in the interlayer of MMT. The melting point and latent heat of the composite PCM is 34. 4 ℃ and 119. 85 J/ g,respectively. The result of phase transformation kinetic indicated that the reac-tion order is about 1. 3 and the activation energy is 258. 55 kJ/ mol.
