以间戊二烯、抽余炭五、一闪溶剂油为原料,以氯铝酸离子液为催化剂,采用催化聚合的工艺方法,研究原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量对 C5石油树脂熔融黏度和色号的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:间戊二烯、抽余炭五、一闪溶剂油的配比为2:1:1,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为65℃,催化剂比例为1.0%,可使 C5石油树脂的色号达到5.3#,熔融黏度达到130 mPa·s,产率达到30%,产品呈浅黄色,粒状,光泽度好,透明性好。

The experiment was carried out to study the effects of ratio of raw materials,reaction time,reac-tion temperature and catalyst amount on the melt viscosity and color number of C5 petroleum resin using catalyzed polymerization method,adopting piperylene,raffinate charcoal five and flashed solvent oil as raw material and chloroaluminate lonic liquid as catalyst. The result showed that the optimal reaction condi-tions were determined as follows:mole ratio(piperylene: raffinate charcoal five: flashed solvent oil)of 2: 1: 1,the reaction time of 2 h,the reaction temperature of 65 ℃,and catalyst ratio of 1. 0% . Color num-ber of C5 petroleum resin obtained could reach 5. 3# ,melt viscosity could be 130 mPa·s and yield could reach 30% with pale yellow granular and good gloss,good transparency.
