用 Na2 CO3溶液处理 Si/ Al =50的 ZSM-5分子筛,以模型化合物为原料,在小型连续固定床反应器上,考察了 Na2 CO3溶液浓度对噻吩烷基化性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为360℃,压力为1 MPa,液时空速1.5 h -1, Na2 CO3溶液浓度为4 mol/ L 时,噻吩转化率最高为90.5%。

ZSM-5 Zeolites of Si/ Al = 50 were treated by Na2 CO3 solutions. The influence of Na2 CO3 solu-tion concentration on thiophene alkylation performance was investigated in a small-scale fixed bed reactor and model compounds as feedstock. The results indicated that the conversion rate of thiophene can reach 90. 5% under reaction temperature of 360 ℃ ,reaction pressure of 1 MPa,LHSV of 1. 5 h - 1 and Na2 CO3 solution concentration of 4 mol/ L.
