螺栓连接是塔身标准节之间连接的常用方式,其螺栓连接的可靠性关系到塔式起重机工作的稳定及安全,连接螺栓预紧力的变化可表现为塔身顶端位移的不同特征,文中以塔身顶端特征点位移为测量量,以高强螺栓预紧力引起的连接部位刚度变化为输入量,探究了塔身顶端位移与标准节连接螺栓预紧力之间的关系,得出了标准节连接高强螺栓预紧力变化的宏观表征-塔身顶端轨迹外接圆(其特征可表述为直径和圆心),绘制了螺栓连接刚度与塔身顶端轨迹外接圆直径和圆心的变化曲线,对塔身钢结构损伤检测具有指导意义。

Bolt connection is a common method for connection between tower standard nodes,so bolting reliability has a direct bearing on work stability and safety of the tower crane.Changes in bolting pre-tension can assume different characteristics of tower top displacement.The study discusses relation between tower top displacement and bolting pre-ten-sion of standard nodes with the point displacement of the tower top as measurement,the rigidity change at the connection part caused by pre-tension of high-strength bolts as the input,in order to figure out the macro representation for pre-tension changes of high-strength bolts for connection of standard nodes-tower top trajectory circumcircle (expressed as the diameter and center of a circle),and draw the changing curve of the diameter and circle center for the trajectory circumcircle of bol-ting rigidity and tower top,providing guidance for damage detection of the tower steel structure.
