通过机械类实验“机床静刚度的测试”,以校企联合的齐齐哈尔第二机床集团的某型数控机床为例,验证了该机床有限元模型的正确性并提出了改进其静刚度的方向,对传统实验教学模式进行改革和创新。这种将实验与企业实际项目相结合的新型实验教学模式,有助于培养大学生的实践科研能力,增强其对实验课的兴趣,能进一步提高他们的创新意识和能力。

Combined with the test of mechanical experiment “static stiffness ,”a CNC machine made by Qiqihar second machine tool group which cooperates with our college ,is validatied by the finite element model of the machine and improved the static stiffness in the direction .This paper makes the reform and innovation of the traditional experimental teaching mode .The experimental teaching mode combining the enterprise project contributes to the training of scientific research ability of college students ,enhances their experimental interest and improves their innovative consciousness and ability .
