The semantic network of English propositions have always been an important research topic in cognitive linguistics. All the researches at home and abroad can be classified into three types based on the review of them;they are conceptual meta-phor model, image schema model and principled polysemy model. These models have their own advantages and disadvantages, so researches in the future can be improved based on these advantages and disadvantages.
