采用滚珠丝杠作为车辆主动悬架电动作动器的传动机构,提出了悬架系统设计方案。通过滚珠丝杠正向和逆向传动的传动效率分析,设计和制作了电动作动器,并对电动作动器进行了推力试验、耐久性与响应性试验、耐腐蚀性试验。结果表明,滚珠丝杠电动作动器具有结构简单、高推力和高可靠性,输出推力达到了预期设计值,能够满足车辆主动悬架抑制侧倾的要求。
採用滾珠絲槓作為車輛主動懸架電動作動器的傳動機構,提齣瞭懸架繫統設計方案。通過滾珠絲槓正嚮和逆嚮傳動的傳動效率分析,設計和製作瞭電動作動器,併對電動作動器進行瞭推力試驗、耐久性與響應性試驗、耐腐蝕性試驗。結果錶明,滾珠絲槓電動作動器具有結構簡單、高推力和高可靠性,輸齣推力達到瞭預期設計值,能夠滿足車輛主動懸架抑製側傾的要求。

Ball screw was adopted as the drive mechanism of actuator of active suspension sys-tem.A design scheme of suspension system was proposed with vehicle roll analyzed.A motor actua-tor was designed,produced by the analysis of transmission efficiency of forward transfer and op-posite transfer,and propulsion tested,durable na-ture tested,response properties tested,verifying it meets the design requirements.The results show that the motor actuator with ball screw is simple in structure with higher propulsion and reliability, output propulsion of actuator basically meet the design requirements, and the active suspension system can effectively reduce the vehicle roll.
