根据采集的汽车前盖的特征参数，详细设计了包边机中的压紧定位装置、举升装置和包边组件的结构。结合专用包边机，设计采用预包边上模、终包边上模和底模的结构类型，上模块采用分块设计，底模为一个整体。该设计定位准确，包边平顺严实，调试方便。
