在模拟油田环境中,根据国产100S套管用钢的腐蚀速率、表面腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物的成分和基体组织,研究了其H2S/CO2的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在模拟的温度范围内,100S套管的均匀腐蚀速率在110℃附近出现最小值,但随着温度升高,电化学腐蚀的阴极及阳极过程都得到加速,腐蚀产物膜的溶解加速,腐蚀速率增加。100S套管在4种不同温度的H2S/CO2腐蚀条件下, H2S腐蚀占主导作用,没有出现CO2腐蚀产物成分FeCO3。

재모의유전배경중,근거국산100S투관용강적부식속솔、표면부식형모、부식산물적성분화기체조직,연구료기H2S/CO2적부식행위。결과표명,재모의적온도범위내,100S투관적균균부식속솔재110℃부근출현최소치,단수착온도승고,전화학부식적음겁급양겁과정도득도가속,부식산물막적용해가속,부식속솔증가。100S투관재4충불동온도적H2S/CO2부식조건하, H2S부식점주도작용,몰유출현CO2부식산물성분FeCO3。
In simulation of oilfield environment, according to the corrosion rate, corrosion morphology, corrosion composition and matrix microstructure of domestic 100S casing steel, the H2S/CO2 corrosion behaviors were studied. The results showed that, in the simulation of temperature range, the uniform corrosion rate of 100S casing in 110℃appeared minimum value, but with the temperature rise, the electrochemical corrosion process of the cathode and anode were accelerated and accelerate the dissolution of corrosion product films, the corrosion rate was increased. Under the four different temperature H2S/CO2 corrosion conditions, H2S corrosion played an important role, and did not appear FeCO3,which is the corrosion product of CO2.
