他莫昔芬是临床治疗绝经后乳腺癌的常用药。他莫昔芬在乳腺癌治疗中的应用历史已经有30年左右，其确切的治疗效果也得到了临床应用的证实。但是在长期临床应用过程中，也发现他莫昔芬可能引发子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜增生等严重后果，这一问题目前也受到了医学界的广泛关注。他莫昔芬对子宫内膜的作用机制较为复杂，不仅会涉及到DAN损伤、雌激素受体，还会涉及到分子生物学、信号传导等方面。本文主要就他莫昔芬对子宫内膜产生的影响，以及子宫内膜作用机制两方面进行了综述。

Tamoxifen is commonly used in the clinical treatment of postmenopausal breast cancer. History of tamoxifen used in breast cancer treatment has been around for 30 years, the exact treatment effect has also been confirmed in clinical applications. But in the long-term clinical application process, we also found that tamoxifen may lead to serious consequences,such as en-dometrial cancer, uterine hyperplasia, this problem is also attracted widespread attention of the medical profession. Tamoxifen on the endometrium of the mechanism is more complicated, involv-ing the DAN damage not only estrogen receptor, but also relates to the molecular biology, signal transduction, etc. This paper focuses on two aspects of its influence on endometrium tamoxifen produced, as well as endometrial mechanisms are reviewed.
