Energy audit is the foundation of building energy efficiency in which the large office build-ing energy efficiency is very important. By the method of energy audit, the energy structure and energy uti-lization character of an office building in Beijing is analyzed, and the energy characteristics of office build-ing are summarized. The most energy consumption is devoted to the air conditioning and heating system, followed by lighting system. The specific countermeasures are proposed for energy efficiency of each sys-tem.
