SIP板结构作为一种新型的围护结构体系,具有热阻大、质量轻的特点,应用前景广泛。但是这种板材的蓄热能力较差,室内热环境容易受到室外环境的影响,这对建筑节能不利。采用De-signbuilder能耗模拟软件进行能耗分析,并通过被动式措施(遮阳的运用、围护结构与高热惰性材料进行复合、改变围护结构窗墙比)对该围护结构形式进行全年能耗分析,通过调整所采用措施的参数,总结出最优布置方法,为SIP板结构的节能设计提供参考。

As a new retaining structure system, SIP has the characteristics of high thermal resistance, light weight, and has wide application prospect. But it has poor heat storage capacity, and the indoor ther-mal environment is easily influenced by outside environment, so it is not conducive to building energy sav-ing. Through software Designbuilder for simulation of energy consumption, this paper adopts a series of passive measures (the shading, compounding the heavy thermal inert material to the envelope, changing the ratio of window to wall) in order to analyze the annual energy consumption of the enclosure structure. Through adjusting the parameters of measures adopted, the optimal layout is concluded as reference for en-ergy-saving design of SIP board structure.
