针对基于特征的CAPP/CAM系统不能完全自动工艺决策以及交互工艺决策效率低等问题,本文提出了基于局部特征的飞机结构件快速交互工艺决策方法。该方法在局部特征识别结果的基础上,通过调用典型特征工艺知识库,生成局部特征工艺信息模型,并采用交互手段对工艺模型进行编辑修改,完成工艺决策。实例应用表明:该方法扩大了基于特征的自动工艺决策系统的应用范围,提高了工艺决策和数控编程效率。

A part feature-based process plan-ning method is proposed to address the problem concern-ing the incomplete automatic process planning of the feature-based CAPP / CAM system and the low efifciency of the interactive process planning. In this method, part feature is recognized first. Then typical feature-based process knowledge database is called to generate part fea-ture process information model. Ultimately, the process information model can be edited by processer to complete process planning. This method expands the scope of ap-plication of the automatic process planning system based on feature, and improves the efifciency of process planning and NC programming.
