为获得材料复杂细观结构的三维模型,开发了一种基于切片三维重构方法的微型自动切片式三维重构系统。该系统能对被研究对象进行切片,自动获取二维切片图像并对其进行分析,然后获得研究对象的三维模型。该系统具有精度高(切片精度可达0.2 mm)、全自动(能对研究对象进行自动切片、自动清洗、自动烘干等处理)、小型化(整个系统可在一个普通工作台上运行)、成本低等特点。
為穫得材料複雜細觀結構的三維模型,開髮瞭一種基于切片三維重構方法的微型自動切片式三維重構繫統。該繫統能對被研究對象進行切片,自動穫取二維切片圖像併對其進行分析,然後穫得研究對象的三維模型。該繫統具有精度高(切片精度可達0.2 mm)、全自動(能對研究對象進行自動切片、自動清洗、自動烘榦等處理)、小型化(整箇繫統可在一箇普通工作檯上運行)、成本低等特點。

In order to acquire the 3D model reflecting the microstructure of complex structural materials , this paper exploits a micro-scale automatic slicing 3D reconstruction system based on slicing 3D reconstruction . This system can slice the studied object antomaticly , and the slicing accuracy can be up to 0 . 2 mm . For obtaining a clear and clean slicing picture , the system should clean and dry the studied object antomaticly before the slicing image is taken . The system reconstructs the 2D slicing images which are obtained antomaticly in order to acquire the 3D model of the studied object . This system has charccteristics of high precision , micro-scale , antomation and low cost .
