设计了一套精度高、稳定性好的基于 PSD 的激光三角法厚度测量仪,介绍了系统的软硬件设计。其中 PSD 运放电路设计的过程中主要解决了数/模信号干扰、环境光影响、电源滤波、放大倍数可调等关键问题。最后,采用标定测量法,对处于不同位置处的同一被测物厚度进行反复测量。相对精度达到了1%,且稳定性好。

This paper designs a set of laser triangulation thickness measuring instrument based on PSD with good stability and accuracy , and gives the hardware and software of the system . The design process of the operational amplifier circuit of the PSD is mainly to solve the interference of anolog and digital signals , the impact of the ambient light , the problem of power filter , the ad-justable amplification factor and other key issues . Fially , a calibration method is used in diferent positions of the same measured thickness of repeated measurement . The relative accuracy reaches 1%, and it has good stability .
