针对目前采砂监管中违法违规采砂现象严重，河道采砂管理技术手段不足的问题，提出一种河道采砂智能监控系统。该系统采用先进的全球定位系统、传感器技术、无线传输技术、视频监控与智能分析技术。实际运行结果表明该系统能很好地完成可采区采砂作业的动态监测，及时掌握采砂现场资料，对采砂范围、开采量、开采时间等采砂情况进行及时监测管理，保证采砂活动的科学有序进行。

Aiming at the problem that illegal sand mining activities becomes more and more serious and there isn't an effective way in sand mining supervise, proposes a sand mining monitoring systerm which used Global Position Systerm technology, sensor technology, radio transmis-sion technology, video surveillance and intelligence analysis technology. The actual result shows that it's convenient to get the remote video and the information of the sand mining spot and monitor the area of sand mining dynamically. The sand mining scope, exploitation quantitly and the time which can ensure the sand minig activity processing scientificly and orderly can also be got conveniently in the sand mining supervision.
