复合材料以比重小、强度高、疲劳性能好等优点在航空领域得到越来越广泛的应用。影响复合材料零件加工制造的一个重用因素就是，复合材料在高温真空成型后恢复到常温自然条件过程中产生不可控制的变形。而复合材料成形模具的材料选择与设计，则是能有效控制复合材料变形的重要手段之一。Invar钢的热膨胀系数与复合材料相近，采用Invar钢作为复合材料制件的成型模具，可有效减少复合材料构件成型过程中的变形。本文就Invar钢模具制造过程中焊接、机加以及热处理等工艺展开讨论，为最终制造加工出符合复合材料模具要求的Invar钢模具提供技术支持和指导。

Composite material with small spe-ciifc gravity, high intensity and good fatigue performance and other advantages in the aviation ifeld is getting more and more application. An important factor that effects composite material mould manufacturing is uncontrolled deformation which is generated during high temperature vacuum forming back to natural temperature. The selec-tion and design of composite mould material is effective to control the deformation. Thermal expansion coefifcient of Invar steel is similar to composite material. So Invar steel is choosed as composite forming die which can reduce the deformation during composite mould process. In the pa-per, Invar steel mould manufacturing process of welding, machining and heat treatment process are discussed. And it can provide technical support and guidance for the ifnal manufacturing process to meet the requirements of com-posite mould.
