目的：探讨锁定接骨板（ Locking compression plate ，LCP）在复杂胫骨平台骨折中应用的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2009年7月～2012年7月间，使用锁定接骨板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折29例的临床资料。结果：29例均获随访，时间6～18个月。功能评价按 Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法，优良率89．7％。结论：应用锁定接骨板固定复杂胫骨平台骨折，能充分维持复位以促进早期功能活动，并减少内固定并发症，值得临床应用并进一步深入研究。
목적：탐토쇄정접골판（ Locking compression plate ，LCP）재복잡경골평태골절중응용적료효。방법：회고성분석2009년7월～2012년7월간，사용쇄정접골판치료복잡경골평태골절29례적림상자료。결과：29례균획수방，시간6～18개월。공능평개안 Rasmussen슬관절공능평분법，우량솔89．7％。결론：응용쇄정접골판고정복잡경골평태골절，능충분유지복위이촉진조기공능활동，병감소내고정병발증，치득림상응용병진일보심입연구。
Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of locking compression plate ( LCP) for complex tibial plateau fractures .Meth-ods:The clinical data of 29 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture treated with locking compression plate from July .2009 to July. 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .Results:All patients were followed up for 6 ~18 months.According to the Rasmussen knee score standard.The satisfactory rate was 89.7%.Conclusion:Application of locking compression plate may maintain an adequate ,stable frac-ture reduction to initiate early range of motion and reduce hardware complications in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures .It is wor-thy of clinic application and further clinical study should be presented .
