本文探讨了问题教学法在食品化学实验教学中的应用。在教师提出一些引导性问题的基础上,鼓励学生带着问题去边思考边做实验,并在实验过程中引导学生发现问题、思考问题和解决问题,从而提高学生的实验积极性和培养学生的创新能力。
本文探討瞭問題教學法在食品化學實驗教學中的應用。在教師提齣一些引導性問題的基礎上,鼓勵學生帶著問題去邊思攷邊做實驗,併在實驗過程中引導學生髮現問題、思攷問題和解決問題,從而提高學生的實驗積極性和培養學生的創新能力。
본문탐토료문제교학법재식품화학실험교학중적응용。재교사제출일사인도성문제적기출상,고려학생대착문제거변사고변주실험,병재실험과정중인도학생발현문제、사고문제화해결문제,종이제고학생적실험적겁성화배양학생적창신능력。
The question-based teaching method was used in food chemistry experiments to improve the teaching effect. The students were encouraged to do experiments bring with some questions, and find problems in the experimental process, think and solve of that were also encouraged, so as to arouse students’passion and initiative and to cultivate students' innovation competence.
