绩效考核是对组织成员绩效周期内的工作业绩进行考核与评定,是绩效管理的核心环节,它不仅关系到组织整体绩效管理系统运行的效果,还与成员的利益密切相关。本文主要运用KPI绩效考核的理论和方法来对公共图书馆员工绩效考核问题进行探讨,构建基于KPI的公共图书馆绩效考核体系。

Performance appraisal is the evaluation on the members' work achievement in the period. It's the core link in the performance management, which not only concerns the whole work effect of the performance management system, but also has relation with the members' interest. I will mainly use the theory of performance appraisal based on KPI to investigate the public librarians. I will build the counselor's performance appraisal system of the public li-brary based on KPI.
