根据教育部有关调查,中国很大部分酒店管理专业的毕业生不能很快适应酒店的工作需要,不能胜任岗位要求,其主要的原因是课堂教学与实践脱离。通过本课程的教、学、做、赛一体化人才培养模式的改革,对于学生能够胜任未来岗位工作的需要,能够顺利的就业,培养合格的高等人才、解决大学生就业问题都有着重要理论价值和实践意义。

According to the investigation of Ministry of Education, much of Chinese hotel management graduates can not quickly adapt to the operational needs of the hotel, can not do the job requirements, the main reason is that classroom teaching and practice of detachment. Through the course of teaching, learning, doing, race reform integrated training model, and for the future needs of the students qualified for jobs working smoothly employment, advanced training of qualified personnel, students have to solve the employment problem has important theoretical value and practical significance.
