食品化学理论性和应用性很强,是一门在各高校食品学科专业均会设置的基础课程。本文从激发学生兴趣、加强与学生沟通、丰富教学内容、提升实验课程地位等方面对食品化学课程的教学改革进行了思考,提出了一些探索性建议,希望能够培养学生的科学研究与创新能力,提高教学效果。

"Food Chemistry"theory and application is very strong, is one of the basic courses in the College of food disciplines are set. In this paper, from students to stimulate interest, strengthen the teaching reform on communication with students, enrich the teaching contents, improving experimental curriculum status of food chemistry course of thinking, put forward some exploratory suggestions, hope to be able to develop scientific research and innovation ability of students, improve the teaching effect.
