“以生为本”是“以人为本”在教学中的一个具体表现。“以生为本”强调教师的主观能动性,从宏观方面,要求教师心系学生,把学生的利益、事情、尤其是学生的成长放在心上,努力引导、培养学生。从微观上来讲,要求教师在具体教学过程中采取一切行之有效的方法,去关注学生,引导学生,以学生为主,去指导他们思想健康的发展。而笔者就是凭借教学过程积累的经验,来探讨这方面措施与方法,真正做到“以生为本”。
“以生為本”是“以人為本”在教學中的一箇具體錶現。“以生為本”彊調教師的主觀能動性,從宏觀方麵,要求教師心繫學生,把學生的利益、事情、尤其是學生的成長放在心上,努力引導、培養學生。從微觀上來講,要求教師在具體教學過程中採取一切行之有效的方法,去關註學生,引導學生,以學生為主,去指導他們思想健康的髮展。而筆者就是憑藉教學過程積纍的經驗,來探討這方麵措施與方法,真正做到“以生為本”。
“이생위본”시“이인위본”재교학중적일개구체표현。“이생위본”강조교사적주관능동성,종굉관방면,요구교사심계학생,파학생적이익、사정、우기시학생적성장방재심상,노력인도、배양학생。종미관상래강,요구교사재구체교학과정중채취일절행지유효적방법,거관주학생,인도학생,이학생위주,거지도타문사상건강적발전。이필자취시빙차교학과정적루적경험,래탐토저방면조시여방법,진정주도“이생위본”。
"Student-based"principle in teaching is a specific performance of the"people-based"philosophy."Student-bas-ed"principle emphasizes the initiative of teachers, which, from a macro perspective, requires teachers to be mindful of stu-dents, and keep students' interests, matters, especially their developments in mind and strive to guide and cultivate them. Meanwhile, the principle, from the micro perspective, demands that teachers take all possible effective student-centered me-asures during the teaching process to pay attention to and instruct students so to facilitate students' mental development in a healthy way. Thanks to the accumulation of several years' teaching experience, the author is able to discuss the measures and methods of"student-based"principle and succeeds in fulfilling it.
