培养适应社会需求的应用型人才是民办高校电信类专业的培养目标。在人才培养过程中应重点关注两方面：一是实践动手能力的培养；二是创新能力的培养。本文从独立学院电信类专业实践教学的特点出发，结合我校实践教学方面的改革与实践，从实验教学体系、生产与工程实践体系、创新实践体系三方面阐述了民办高校电信类专业实践教学体系的创建。

In independent colleges, the training goal is to train applied talents Electronics information specialty who can meet the social needs, therefore, two aspects that should be focused on in the process of personnel training, the cultivation of practical ability and innovation ability. The paper shows the establishment of practice teaching system for the electronics in-formation specialty of independent colleges from three aspects, that is, the experimental teaching system, the production and engineering practice system, and the innovative practice system.
