Medical colleges is an important base for training medical personnel, so the overall quality of teachers is the key and guarantee to the development of medical colleges and medical schools, to a certain extent affect the development of Chin-ese medicine industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of teachers in medical colleges of higher education in transi-tion professional development;explore the ways and strategies on construction of teachers' professional development system of medical colleges.
