基于小组工作在小组中成员认识自我、展现自我、完善自我等方面的优势，以高校贫困生为研究对象，通过小组活动在贫困大学生人际交往的结果评估，讨论了小组工作对提高贫困大学生的自我认同感、增强他们的人际交往能力具有积极作用。

This paper,based on the cutting edge of team work in understanding,displaying and perfecting themselves. taking needy col-lege students as subjects,explores the positive meaning and role of team work in improving their identity,interpersonal communication, self-confidence and participation in social interactions,through the assessment of six team activities.
