根据齿轮轴的齿形和四方技术要求,分析了齿轮轴挤压工艺方案,设计了齿轮轴一次成型挤压凹模结构,对挤压凹模结构及其加工工艺进行了优化设计,解决了挤压凹模制造难点,使原来采用滚齿加工生产齿轮轴改为挤压工艺生产,齿轮轴的产品的合格率提高了3%,生产效率提高了5倍以上。

Extrusion process is a type of advanced production technology,especially suitable for the processing of fine-pitch gear. This pa-per,according to the requirement of gear form and of square technology of a gear shaft,analyzes the program for extrusion process of a gear shaft,designs one shot process extrusion die structure,optimizes extrusion die structure and its processing technology,and solves the difficulties in the production of extrusion dies,replacing gear hobbing manufacturing with the gear shaft production technology,thus in-creasing the yield percent of pass by three percent,and increasing the production efficiency by five times.
