Teaching Competition%Situation%Analysis
目的:了解江西中医药大学教学竞赛的现状,为学校的教务管理部门制定更加合理的教学竞赛制度提供依据。方法:自制问卷对江西中医药大学100名在职教师的参赛情况进行随机抽样调查,回收有效问卷92份,并对结果用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:我校自2004年开始举办各种形式的教学竞赛。2004年开始的系部教学竞赛的总体参赛率和获奖率分别为80.4%和40.2%;2006年开始的青年教师教学竞赛的参赛率和获奖率分别为22.8%和16.3%;2007年开始的“教学标兵”竞赛总体参赛率为18.5%,“教学标兵”称号获得率为9.8%;2008年开始的多媒体教学课件竞赛总体参赛率和获奖率分别为22.8%和2.2%。结论:我校各层次的教学竞赛种类较多,在一定程度上促进了教师教学水平的提升。但仍存在一些问题,如有些教学竞赛(尤其是教学标兵)的参赛条件要求较高,虽奖励幅度大,但奖励面过窄,无法全面激发广大教师的参赛热情,使一些比赛(标兵比赛)成为少数人展示的舞台,无法达到教学竞赛的效果。教务管理部门应制定更加科学的教学竞赛制度,调动大部分教师的参赛热情,以全面提高广大教师的教学水平和质量。

목적:료해강서중의약대학교학경새적현상,위학교적교무관리부문제정경가합리적교학경새제도제공의거。방법:자제문권대강서중의약대학100명재직교사적삼새정황진행수궤추양조사,회수유효문권92빈,병대결과용SPSS연건진행통계분석。결과:아교자2004년개시거판각충형식적교학경새。2004년개시적계부교학경새적총체삼새솔화획장솔분별위80.4%화40.2%;2006년개시적청년교사교학경새적삼새솔화획장솔분별위22.8%화16.3%;2007년개시적“교학표병”경새총체삼새솔위18.5%,“교학표병”칭호획득솔위9.8%;2008년개시적다매체교학과건경새총체삼새솔화획장솔분별위22.8%화2.2%。결론:아교각층차적교학경새충류교다,재일정정도상촉진료교사교학수평적제승。단잉존재일사문제,여유사교학경새(우기시교학표병)적삼새조건요구교고,수장려폭도대,단장려면과착,무법전면격발엄대교사적삼새열정,사일사비새(표병비새)성위소수인전시적무태,무법체도교학경새적효과。교무관리부문응제정경가과학적교학경새제도,조동대부분교사적삼새열정,이전면제고엄대교사적교학수평화질량。
Objective:Understanding the present situation of teaching competition in Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine in order to provide the basis for the school educational administration department to develop a more reasonable teaching competition sys -tem.Methods:Investigate the situation of 100 randomly selected teachers as a sample by the self -made questionnaire in Jiangxi Uni-versity of traditional Chinese Medicine , and then made a statistical analysis by SPSS .Result:The school began to organize various kinds of teaching competitions since 2004.The overall entry rate and the winning rate were 80.4% and 40.2% in the department teaching competition from 2004;The overall entry rate and winning rate of teaching competition in young teachers were 22.8%and 16. 3%respectively beginning in 2006;The overall competition entry rate of the "teaching model"was 18 .5%",and gain rate of "teach-ing model"title was only 9.8%.The overall entry rate and the winning rate in the competition of multimedia teaching courseware were 22.8%and 2.2% beginning in 2008.Conclusion:There are many types of teaching competition in our school , which promote the teaching level to a certain extent .But there are still some problems .For example some teaching competition ( especially the teaching model) require a higher entry conditions , the reward magnitude is great while the reward scope is narrow , which can't fully arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers .So some games ( the teaching model ) become the stage for a few teachers , which is unable to reach the teaching competition effect .Educational administration department should formulate the more scientific teaching competition system , in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers and improve the teaching level and quality of the majority teachers .
