目的：对比观察活血通络法结合针刺疗法与西医常规疗法治疗外伤性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将80例（94只眼）外伤性视神经病变患者随机分为两组，观察组40例（47只眼）采用中医活血通络法结合针刺治疗，对照组40例（47只眼）运用西医常规方法治疗。结果：两组治疗后视力、VEP振幅、视野及临床疗效比较，P＜0．05，统计学上有显著性差异。结论：活血通络法结合针刺疗法能够有效地治疗外伤性视神经病变，且其临床疗效优于西医常规疗法。
목적：대비관찰활혈통락법결합침자요법여서의상규요법치료외상성시신경병변적림상료효。방법：장80례（94지안）외상성시신경병변환자수궤분위량조，관찰조40례（47지안）채용중의활혈통락법결합침자치료，대조조40례（47지안）운용서의상규방법치료。결과：량조치료후시력、VEP진폭、시야급림상료효비교，P＜0．05，통계학상유현저성차이。결론：활혈통락법결합침자요법능구유효지치료외상성시신경병변，차기림상료효우우서의상규요법。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of the two different methods ( one method is promoting the circulation of blood and dredging the meridian combined with treatment based on acupuncture ,the other is general treatment of west medicine ) in treating the traumic optic neuropathy .Methods:80 patients(94eyes) whose symptoms reach the standard of supposed traumic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups:the first group was treating group,with40 cases(47eyes),the second group was controlling group , with40 cases(47eyes) .The patients of the testing group were treated by promoting the circulation of blood and dredging the meridian combined with treatment based on acupuncture ,and the others were treated by general treated of west medicine .Results:Comparing the differences of the vision,the amplitude of wave P100 in VEP,the visual field and the clinical effects between the two groups after bing treated,all the results showed that P<0.05,which means there was significant difference .Conclusion:The method of promoting the cir-culation of blood and dredging the meridian combined with treatment based on acupuncture can treat the traumic optic neuropathy effec -tively,and superior to the controlling group .
